Four of my Vocality V150 mainframes have failed in the last four months and they are all operating in different sites. The mainframes powers up and powers up the cards as well but the serial M&C Ports is non-responsive. When the cards are moved to a different mainframe they operate 100%. Any idea on what might be causing the units to fail?
We managed to telnet into the latest unit to fail and it showed BAY A and BAY B failure
